Overlook specializes in the design and fabrication of custom filler needles, nozzles and dispensing tips for liquid packaging machinery. We also design and fabricate washer needles for cleaning and sterilization units and tunnels. We work closely with your production and engineering personnel to design needles customized to your product and application.

Overlook Industries' Basket Tips

Problems addressed: Foaming / dripping / splashing, issues holding a fluid column
Contraindications: Non-diving head fillers
Description: Basket needles split flow into two streams. When compared to standard needles, output holes have a larger combined surface area, resulting in a reduction in flow rate. Liquid is directed towards the sides of the container, cascading down gently, reducing the chance of splashing or foaming.

Freedom Filler™ Kits for Peristaltic Pump Systems

Overlook is proud to be the world's only provider of 0.5mm ID, 0.8mm ID and 1.2mm ID molded peristaltic pump elements!

Overlook specializes in the design and fabrication of custom molded tube sets for peristaltic pump systems and can provide the smallest and most precise molded pump elements in the world. Whereas fittings are troublesome to work with and have the potential to leak (especially the smaller sizes), molded pump elements require no assembly and are guaranteed never to leak or fail.

Sizing -

Fitted Kits: 0.5mm ID platinum-cured silicone tubing and up.
Molded Kits: 0.5mm ID platinum-cured silicone tubing and up.

0.5mm ID silicone tubing is the smallest ID tubing that Watson-Marlow Flexicon provides. This kit is recommended for fills that require the utmost accuracy and precision.

0.5mm ID fittings have problems with leakage and are troublesome to install. Molding the pump elements provides a completely smooth fluid path and ensures that junctions will never leak.
