    The curved carriage replaces hard-plumbed lines with silicone tubing, allowing the utilization of a much simpler filler needle design.

    The complicated design and sheer number of components that make up a single OEM Calumatic filler needle can cause issues with cleaning validation and inventory tracking.

    Overlook provides 90° Calumatic style filler needles as a cost-effective retrofit, without changing the needle carriage or path of silicone tubing.

    Notice the Teflon coating on the inner fluid portion. Teflon reduces the chance of fluid collection on the OD and end of the filler needle.
