Overlook Bosch style and TL style filler needles are a direct replacement for any size standard needle on a Bosch / TL liquid filling machine. Overlook filler needles are superior to the OEM
design in the following ways:

    The sawtooth style hose barb design on an OEM TL filler needle exerts little gripping power on silicone tubing. Overlook utilizes an advanced hose barb design that maintains a superior tubing connection, without the need for zip ties or other additional fasteners.

    OEM TL compression fittings break down in only a few autoclave runs and are costly to replace. Overlook provides TL replacement needles that completely avoid the cost associated with these unnecessary components, while simultaneously providing the option for custom tip geometries to adjust dispensing properties.

    Notice the improved hose barb design on Overlook Bosch style needles (two on left) and the plastic collar that mounts the fluid path properly in the lower portion of the OEM Bosch carriage. Overlook can redesign the low-quality, stamped Bosch carriage, providing vastly improved targeting and ease of cleaning validation.
