Overlook Inova style filler needles are a direct replacement for any size standard needle on a Inova liquid filling machine. Overlook filler needles are superior to the OEM design
in the following ways:

  • Superior hose barb design ensures secure tube connection to filler needle.
  • Electropolished surface finish for ease of cleanability.
  • Laser marking / engraving of custom identification.
  • Laser welding of Overlook needles leaves no weld witness on ID of fluid path.

    Upchurch compression fittings are used to secure Overlook filler needles to semi-rigid Teflon supply tubing. Teflon tubing is useful for high pressure applications and for products that are sensitive to platinum-cured silicone.

    Overlook provides Inova style mounting hubs out of 316L stainless steel along with a much simpler OneShot™ filler needle to keep costs down. Stainless steel mounting hubs are required to add enough weight to the needle to maintain proper positioning within the needle carriage.

    The AMCX2286 coating utilized by Overlook coats the entire ID and OD of the filler needle, encapsulating it in a protective barrier that preserves the 316L stainless steel from corrosion due to metal-sensitive products while simultaneously adding a Teflon-like hydrophobic quality to the surface finish.
