Overlook Freedom Filler™ kits include all necessary components of the fluid path and can be provided particulately cleaned, multi-bagged and gamma sterilized per customer requirements.

Overlook is proud to be the world's only provider of 0.5mm ID, 0.8mm ID and 1.2mm ID molded peristaltic pump elements!

Overlook specializes in the design and fabrication of custom molded tube sets for peristaltic pump systems and can provide the smallest and most precise molded pump elements in the world. Whereas fittings are troublesome to work with and have the potential to leak (especially the smaller sizes), molded pump elements require no assembly and are guaranteed never to leak or fail.

Sizing -

Fitted Kits: 0.5mm ID platinum-cured silicone tubing and up.
Molded Kits: 0.5mm ID platinum-cured silicone tubing and up.

0.5mm ID silicone tubing is the smallest ID tubing that Watson-Marlow Flexicon provides. This kit is recommended for fills that require the utmost accuracy and precision.

0.5mm ID fittings have problems with leakage and are troublesome to install. Molding the pump elements provides a completely smooth fluid path and ensures that junctions will never leak.

Overlook provides fitted and molded peristaltic double-Y's with Watson-Marlow Flexicon Accusil™ pump tubing, down to 0.5mm ID, allowing flawless functionality in all models of Watson-Marlow and Flexicon peristaltic pumps.
