OneShot™ Single-Use Filler Needles

The combination of plastic hub and stainless steel tubing allows our customers to experience the freedom of disposability while still retaining the utmost level of filling speed, precision and accuracy that our custom reusable stainless steel needles provide.

A variety of OneShot™ needle designs and machine-specific change parts. The first step is to determine what design works best, before moving to larger quantities.

AMC2286 (Advanced Materials and Coatings, Inc.) coated needles are designed to dispense metal-sensitive products. This coating also acts similar to Teflon, creating a hydrophobic surface treatment on both the tubing ID and OD.

Designed for oxygen-sensitive products that exhibit the issue of wicking on the OD of the fluid path.

 Jaco fittings are used when semi-rigid Teflon supply tubing exceeds the sizing accepted by Upchurch compression fittings. Jaco fittings accept tubing from 3/8 through 7/8 OD.
