Low-Medium Volume

Overlook Industries low-medium volume filler needles are designed to quickly and efficiently dispense 0.5 - 30mL volumes without foaming, dripping or splashing. Filler needles generally come in two styles: Pharmaceutical and Biotech. Please review the following summarized application tables. Be sure to call 888.4NEEDLE to discuss your application.

Pharmaceutical Style:
Incorporates an advanced hose barb design which secures flexible tubing without clamps. These needles are usually replaced when batch runs are completed.

Overlook pharmaceutical style filler needle with silicone o-ring for secure mounting and basket tip for diving-head liquid packaging machines.

Biotech Style:
Utilizes Upchurch compression style fittings for semi-rigid Teflon and Poly tubing. These needles are usually left in place for a prolonged period and are cleaned in place and sterilized in place (CIP/SIP).

Overlook biotech style filler needle w/FEP Teflon coated tip and Upchurch compression fitting for semi-rigid PTFE tubing.
