Low-Medium Volume Needles

Overlook Industries, Inc. filler needles are designed to quickly and efficiently dispense 0.5 - 30mL volumes. The needles generally come in two styles: Pharmaceutical and Biotech. Please review the following summarized application tables. Be sure to call 888.4NEEDLE to discuss your application.

Pharmaceutical Style:

Incorporates an advanced hose barb design which secures flexible tubing without clamps. These needles are usually replaced when batch runs are completed.

Biotech Style:

Utilizes compression type fittings for semi-rigid Teflon and Poly tubing. These needles are usually left in place for a prolonged period and are cleaned in place and sterilized in place (CIP/SIP).
