Clean Room Services

Overlook has a clean room that is certified for class 10,000 static, class 100,000 with 3 souls inside. Soon, it will be undergoing a full validation by Microtest Laboratories of Agawam, MA.

When asked about the new addition, John Morin, president, issued the following statement:

“I am very excited to have a clean room here at Overlook. This room will grant us the ability to package pre-cleaned assemblies in-house while reducing the level of responsibility placed on our vendors, to control packaging conditions more precisely and also speed turnaround time of our Freedom Filler Kits and custom tube sets. Every process that we bring in-house lends itself directly towards Overlook’s guarantee that we will meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.”

John also noted that the clean room will be available for contract assembly work and not only for projects that include Overlook custom filler needles, although the latter is the main focus.
