Particulate Cleaning

Overlook OneShot™ single-use filler needles and Freedom Filler™ kits can undergo a third party particulate cleaning procedure:

  • Rinsed with 72°C Water For Injection.
  • Vacuum autoclaved for dryness.
  • Multi-bagged for further assembly/gamma sterilization.
Parts are rinsed at an FDA certified facility within a Class 1,000 clean room and are guaranteed to meet cleanliness guidelines as stated in the USP <788>. Certification is based on light obscuration particle count testing.
